How long does a custom software project take?
It depends entirely on the scope. Simple automations and integrations are ready in 2 to 4 weeks. Tailored web systems take 2 to 6 months, depending on how complex the business rules are. One-off technical consulting is delivered in 1 to 3 weeks. We set a realistic schedule right at the discovery stage.
Does the code belong to me or to RAMOA?
100% to you. All code produced by RAMOA is delivered with full repository access, technical documentation and complete rights to use it, modify it and hire another team in the future. No contractual or technical lock-in.
Do you use any proprietary technology or closed platform?
No. We work exclusively with widely adopted technologies (Node.js, Python, React, Postgres, self-hosted n8n, among others) precisely so you can hire any developer or agency in the future without having to rebuild the system.
What if I already have a legacy system that works badly?
We assess the current system through a technical review before proposing anything. In many cases, a partial refactor or integration with new layers solves the problem without rebuilding from scratch. When rebuilding is the right call, we justify it technically with data, not opinion.
Is RAMOA still available after delivery?
Yes, but with no strings attached. We offer optional ongoing technical support for evolution, maintenance and new features, with the scope defined in a separate contract. If you prefer to take the project to another team, we hand everything over documented to guarantee a clean transition.
