01Can I start with the website or the brand?
Yes. The diagnosis covers every area: system, automation, website, store or brand. Sometimes the best first step is the website or the identity, and we say so in the conversation.
02How long does it take?
It depends on the area: a simple website goes live in 2 to 4 weeks, a visual identity takes 2 to 3, and a first useful version of a system 4 to 8 weeks, with deliveries every week.
03Do I need to understand technology?
No. You explain how the company works; we build it and show your team how to use it.
04Is there a monthly fee?
Systems have no platform or per-user fee: you pay for the infrastructure and, if you want, a support and evolution plan. Websites and stores can have an optional monthly plan; the terms are in the proposal.
05What if I want to change something later?
The code and the brand files are yours. We keep evolving it with you, or another professional can continue the work.
